What is the order process?
Upon importing products using our features, once an order is received and paid for by your customer, it will be reflected in your Shopify account. Following this, we expedite the sourcing process, typically within 24 to 72 hours after the successful completion of sourcing. To fulfill the order on Dropshipman, an advance payment may be required to ensure its readiness for shipment. Alternatively, by activating the auto-fulfillment feature, your orders can be automatically shipped. If there are no issues with fulfillment and it aligns with the set shipping parameters and has a sufficient wallet balance, the system will automatically pay for the order and deduct the amount from the wallet. Once the payment is successful, your order will be prepared for shipment. (But please know this feature is only available for paid plans)The shipping time will take 1-2 weeks normally, but it may be affected by the delivery address and shipping methods you choose. How to cancel the order?
To cancel an order fulfillment, if you have not paid on Dropshipman, please navigate to your Dropshipman order page, select the empty box button, and subsequently click the "archive order" button. This action is essential to prevent any confusion and to notify our team that you have opted not to fulfill the order.If the order is PAID on Dropshipman, please contact your dedicated manager as soon as possible to confirm if the order has been shipped and if refund is possible. Thank you!
What to do if an order does not have a shipment menthod?
Please communicate directly with your dedicated manager to facilitate the escalation of your shipping method. This will enable your personal sales agent to provide you with suitable shipping options tailored to your needs or share information on available shipping methods for your designated shipping destination.
What is the order processing timeframe?
Dropshipman processing time is 3-5 days before shipping and it includes quality inspection of the product.
What case can an order be unfulfilled?
Occasionally, orders may remain unfulfilled due to our requisite 3 to 5 days for the fulfillment process, ensuring the highest standards. Alternatively, orders may also remain unfulfilled if payment is pending. In the event that the order status does not change after 5 days, we may need to escalate the matter directly to your dedicated manager to investigate and provide an update on the order status.
