To cancel an order fulfillment, if you have not paid on Dropshipman, please navigate to your Dropshipman order page, select the empty box button, and subsequently click the "archive order" button. This action is essential to prevent any confusion and to notify our team that you have opted not to fulfill the order.
If the order is PAID on Dropshipman, please contact your dedicated manager as soon as possible to confirm if the order has been shipped and if refund is possible. Thank you!
